Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor

My name is Freddy and I have been working in the fitness industry since 2007 as a fitness instructor and personal trainer. I chose this industry because of my passion for staying fit and healthy.

My clients get good results as I am able to help them understand what their goals are and how to reach them. I am good at motivating people and helping them to realise their fitness potential through personally- tailored fitness programmes and personal training sessions.

Another aspect of my work involves helping people physically improve at their chosen sport. There are two reasons for this. First, I have broad knowledge of sport training, and, secondly, enjoy the challenge of pushing people that extra bit harder.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Fitness Instruction AUT 2006
• Certificate in Sport and Recreation AUT 2007
• Currently studying Bachelor of Physical Education (PE Teaching) 2009-2012

Interests and Hobbies

• I have a love for most sports, especially, basketball, golf, rugby and fishing.
• I also enjoy weight/sprint training
