The ASB Stadium has hosted many International and National basketball games in the past so is a proven facility for such an event. Courtside can be set aside for corporate boxes and special guests with all general public seating at the mezzanine level.
In the past the stadium has been the home venue for the Auckland NBL basketball team and in 2009 was a host venue for the World ‘U19’ FIBA Men’s Basketball Championships
